Surveys
Surveys are fetched directly from your Qomon account via API and rendered natively on your site using your WordPress theme’s styles. Visitors fill in the survey on your website and responses are sent back to Qomon in real time, creating or updating contacts automatically. Supports all question types including single choice, multiple choice, scale and free text.
Consent is fully supported - each survey can have its own general, email and phone consent text, displayed as opt-in checkboxes or as a forced notice (e.g. “By submitting this form you agree to our privacy policy”) that automatically records consent in Qomon.
Forms & Petitions
Embed any Qomon form or petition using a simple shortcode. Forms and petitions render exactly as they appear in Qomon, powered by the official Qomon CDN script.
Customisation: Button colours, label colours, corner radius and font can all be customised from the Settings tab to match your site’s branding - no coding required.
How it works:
- Connect your Qomon API token in the Settings tab
- Load your surveys and assign each one a shortcode key
- Paste the shortcode [qomon-survey id="key"] into any page or post
- For forms and petitions, generate a shortcode from the Forms or Petitions tab
All responses flow directly into your Qomon CRM, including contact details, survey answers and consent records.
