The 2025 Qomon Autumn / Winter Release

At Qomon, we believe organizing should be open, accessible, and powerful.

Every movement, campaign, or nonprofit deserves the tools to turn interest into impact through direct action.

That’s why this season’s theme - “A robust system, open to the world” - captures the heart of the 2025 Autumn/Winter Release. It’s about strengthening Qomon’s foundation while opening new doors for participation, engagement, and growth.

Qomon Activation

[Activation CRM] Emailing V2

Non-profit and political organizations are increasingly facing email deliverability issues, both due to the high volumes they send and the nature of their content, which is often flagged or filtered by email providers.

That’s exactly the goal of Email V2 and its new emailing features - to help you navigate these challenges, improve your deliverability, and ensure your messages are actually reaching your supporters.

Plus, campaign creation is now faster and cleaner:

  • Simplified flow from subject line → audience → content
  • Unsubscribed or invalid contacts automatically filtered out
  • New advanced filters for retargeting based on contact behavior
  • Updated template folders for easier reuse and organization
  • Flexible sending: schedule or send immediately

See our dedicated article on sending emails in Qomon.

[Activation CRM] Duplicate Scanner (Beta V2)

A complete database is good, but a clean, reliable database is better.

With the Duplicate Scanner:

These are just the foundation for this feature - it’s evolving to detect inconsistencies and automatically correct data errors to maintain a perfectly qualified database.

[Activation CRM] Central Space Improvements

Large organizations often operate with multiple local spaces  -  Central Space (parent/child spaces) allows organizations to decentralize and empower local chapters, while keeping a clear, unified overview.

Large orgs can:

  • Manage contacts across all local spaces without jumping between them
  • Run mass exports or modifications at the organization level
  • Maintain data ownership while supporting local autonomy

Visit our webpage to learn more about Central Space with Qomon.

[Activation CRM] Donations & Memberships

The new Donations and Membership product was built to align directly with Qomon’s DNA - unifying your database and reducing silos. You can now turn supporters into donors and donors into supporters with everything collected in one unified place.

Integrated with Stripe and other processors, transactions are automatically tracked and visible in each supporter’s profile.

This feature makes it easier to build engagement ladders and see how supporters move between roles and actions.

Learn more about the Transaction feature on Qomon in our dedicated article.

[Activation CRM] Terms & Offices and Locked Fields

We’ve made additional updates within our CRM to help structure and secure your data.

With Terms & Offices, you can now track information related to a contact’s position, and time in office. This gives you a clear, chronological view of each person’s involvement within your community and how their engagement has evolved over time.

Another highly requested addition: the ability to lock specific fields in your database. For fields that you don’t need anyone touching or modifying, like voter ID numbers, this adds a layer of security and ease for admin.

Qomon Action

[Action] Public Events (Beta V2)

Public Events let organizations go beyond member-only actions and invite anyone to participate - truly opening action to the world. Each event generates a public web page with event details, descriptions and sign-up forms that sync automatically with your Qomon database.

Key features:

  • Create public or private events with custom visibility
  • Each event has its own landing page and “Add to calendar” option
  • Track registrations and participation live in your CRM

See our dedicated article on creating Public Events in Qomon.

[Action] Action Hub (Pre-Launch)

Action Hub brings all your actions together on a single, public page - updated in real time and easy to share or integrate into your website. The Action Hub helps boost engagement within your current supporters and makes it easier to attract new ones!

Now, anyone can:

  • View and take actions without needing a login
  • Become a supporter directly through joining your actions
  • Share links across social media or email to increase reach

More than a list, Action Hub is built to activate your community and help you recruit new volunteers and supporters.

Explore more about Action Hub.

[Action] Calling Action

The Calling Action has been completely redesigned - based directly on users feedback. The goal: keep it simple and keep it motivating for volunteers.

  • A new stats view shows each volunteer’s progress and global team results - a gamified experience to drive engagement.
  • Calling is now simpler, with a single pool of contacts: pick a contact, call, and complete the survey
  • Household grouping ensures contacts from the same home appear under one call, so you never call the same household twice.
  • Volunteers can now easily find and follow up with contacts they’ve already called.
  • If someone calls you back, you now have direct access to everyone previously contacted, making it easy to continue the conversation

See our dedicated article on using the call action as a volunteer.

Qomon Mobile

[Mobile] Mobile Inbox

Mobile Inbox was designed to put volunteers at the center, simplifying their experience when taking action.

It features three clear tabs:

  • Actions: View invitations, reminders, and updates and respond instantly.
  • Announcements: Receive direct messages from your organization.
  • Materials: Get notified when new documents and resources are uploaded.

Admin and team leaders can see who’s participating in each action and get real-time updates - leading to better organization.

[Mobile] Offline Mode

For volunteers going door-to-door in rural areas or low-signal zones, Offline Mode is a live-saver.

Simply download your canvassing actions before heading out, switch to offline mode, and continue collecting data normally. When you’re back online, sync everything in one click  -  no lost information and no lost time.

The goal: volunteers who can take action anywhere, anytime.

Learn how to use Offline Mode.

Qomon Data

[Data] AI Profiles © (Beta V1)

The idea behind AI Profiles © is simple: help you better understand who your contacts are - and identify the people in your database who look most like your key supporters.

With AI Profiles, you can analyze your segments (donors, volunteers, petition signers, etc.) and see what defines them. When you don’t have a huge calling team or the budget to reach out to everyone, this becomes essential: it shows you who to prioritize first.

AI Profiles also identifies lookalike zones - geographic areas where similar supporters are concentrated - helping organizers plan field actions strategically.

Read our dedicated article on creating and analyzing profiles.

Qomon General

[General] New Customer Portal

This release introduces a brand-new Customer Portal, designed to make account and budget management clearer, easier, and better suited to how large organizations operate.

The Qomon Wallet is a flexible system that supports two key use cases:

  1. Budget management for large teams: If your organization runs SMS, MMS, or calling actions, you can now simply top up your wallet and let your teams use it as needed. This ensures they can continue sending messages and making calls without going over budget or requiring manual approval for every expense.

  2. Referral rewards: When you recommend Qomon to another organization, we top up your wallet with a credit (based on the size of the organization). That amount is automatically deducted from your next invoice - a simple way to thank you for helping the community grow.

The new portal is also linked with our (upcoming) New Offers, designed to be modular and aligned with how organizations really work - whether you want to plug Qomon into an existing CRM or unify your tools into a single ecosystem.

[General] Support & User Days

You organize on weekends, so we support on weekends. Our bot-free support teams are now available 7 days a week to assist you with any questions and complications that may arise during your actions.

We’ve also introduced User Days - a monthly initiative where account managers take over our developers roadmap to implement user feedback directly into the product.

This program ensures that Qomon evolves hand-in-hand with the community that uses it.

Stay updated with our Changelog.

[General] Transparent Status Page

A new Status Page keeps users informed about system performance and uptime in real time. If anything occurs, you see it  -  and you know the Qomon team is on it.

This page was created to bring more transparency to our system and how the platform is running, at any given time.

[General] Go with the Flow Newsletter

Qomon co-founder, Flow, just launched a Substack newsletter called ‘Go with the Flow’ - a monthly look at the bigger picture of organizing and supporter activation.

Each edition pulls back from the day-to-day flow of organizing to explore what’s really working in movements, nonprofits, and campaigns.

Sneak Peeks: Coming Soon

[Activation CRM: Coming Soon] Action Flows

Action Flows introduce automation into organizing. If someone signs a petition, attends an event, or joins a list, you can automatically send them the next action, message, or material/form. It’s a way to turn an individual action into an ongoing journey, helping supporters become volunteers, donors, or long-term supporters.

Once you design your workflow, it runs on its own - saving you time and keeping supporters engaged.

Upcoming as part of the Qomo Beta program.

[Action: Coming Soon] Action Hub Maps

An interactive map view is coming to Action Hub, allowing supporters to see where actions are happening near them. Organizations will also be able to feature key materials to spotlight their most important initiatives.

[Mobile: Coming Soon] New Mobile HQ

Qomon’s new Mobile HQ will become the central hub for volunteers - a place to find everything they need to get started, stay organized, and stay connected.

Admins will be able to highlight priority actions and resources while volunteers get a smoother onboarding experience with checklists and in-app guidance.

[General: Coming Soon] Tap to Give

A simpler, more secure way to donate.Volunteers will be able to share a QR code for supporters to donate via their own devices - supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.

[General: Coming Soon] Security & Compliance Center, GDPR 900

With data regulations evolving fast, Qomon is building a dedicated Security & Compliance Center to help organizations navigate new standards and other regional requirements.

This new space will allow you to manage 2FA, consent templates, and transparency notices from one place  -  automatically integrated into petition forms, emails, and other public-facing elements.
