This UK Addendum applies where personal data is transferred from the United Kingdom to a country not subject to adequacy regulations under UK data protection law. It supplements the EU Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021, which are incorporated into the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the parties.
Parties:
The data exporter is the Customer (Legal name, address, contact information, and ICO registration number of the Customer should be included on the quote).
The data importer is Qomon (Dolphins SAS, 1-3 Place Martin Levasseur, 93400 Saint Ouen Sur Seine, France, contact: dpo@qomon.com).
Qomon is not established in the UK and therefore does not have an ICO registration number.
Selected SCCs
This Addendum applies to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Decision 2021/914). The date of entry into force corresponds to the effective date of the DPA or the relevant agreement.
The parties to the SCCs are the same as listed above. Module Two (Controller to Processor) is in use. The governing law for the SCCs is an EU Member State law, as specified in the DPA (France).
Appendix Information
Annexes I.A, I.B, II, and III referenced in the SCCs shall apply for the purposes of this UK Addendum as set out in the main body of the DPA. These annexes describe the parties, the nature and purpose of the processing, the categories of data subjects and data, the security measures, and the list of subprocessors.
Changes to the Approved Addendum
Qomon, as data importer, may end this Addendum in accordance with Section 19 of the UK Addendum if it does not agree to a revised version issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
The Mandatory Clauses of the UK Addendum (version B1.0), as published by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, are incorporated by reference and apply in full. They may not be modified except as permitted by the Addendum itself.

This Annex forms an integral part of the DPA and shall apply solely to personal data transfers subject to UK data protection law.
