Collect donations directly from any compatible phone for 1.75% + payment processing fees, typically around 3.05% to 4.9% total, depending on the country and payment method.
The Donor Covers Fees option is also available with Tap-to-Give, allowing supporters to cover the transaction fees themselves.
A traditional SumUp setup can cost $50 to $250 per volunteer for the device, plus 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction. With Qomon Tap-to-Give, every volunteer can collect donations directly from their phone, with no extra device to buy, distribute, or manage.

How are payments handled securely with Qomon Fundraising?
Qomon’s online and field payment tools are built in partnership with Stripe, specifically for nonprofits and political organizations. Stripe is one of the world’s leading payment infrastructure providers.
With Qomon Online and Field Payments, you get automatically a Stripe account connected directly to Qomon, giving you secure payment processing, access to reduced nonprofit pricing when eligible, and automatic synchronization of donations and supporter data across your Qomon tools.
You then also benefit from Stripe’s trusted, scalable payment infrastructure, designed to support your organization as your fundraising grows.
If you already have a stripe account, you can also directly connect it through Qomon.
Is Qomon Fundraising available in my country?
The Fundraising CRM is available globally. You can centralize fundraising data from any country and bring in transactions from other payment providers through Qomon’s transactions import tools or Fundraising API.
Availability of Online & Field Fundraising tools, including Online Campaigns and Tap to Give, depends on your country and local payment eligibility.

Can I use Qomon Fundraising CRM without Qomon’s payment tools (online form and field tools)?
Yes. Qomon Fundraising CRM works independently from Qomon’s online and field payment tools. You can use it to centralize donors, memberships, transactions, and fundraising history even if you collect donations through another payment provider.
You can bring existing and new transactions into Qomon through imports or the Fundraising API, while keeping all fundraising data connected to the rest of your supporter CRM. Qomon’s online campaign pages and field payment tools can then be added whenever you need them even on top of your current tools.
Why can’t I sign up for Qomon Fundraising instantly online?
Because fundraising involves moving real money, we need to verify your organization before activating payment tools. This includes standard KYC and compliance checks required by payment providers and financial regulations.
The process helps confirm your organization’s identity, legal status, banking information, and eligibility to collect donations.
Once verification is complete, we can activate your Qomon-connected payment account and enable the fundraising tools available in your region.
Can I use more than one payment provider?
Yes. This is common among Qomon users. Many organizations keep an existing or legacy payment provider for things like memberships or recurring payments, then import those transactions into Qomon.
At the same time, they use Qomon’s Online and Field Payment tools as an additional fundraising channel, for example for local chapters, campaign pages, events, or field fundraising.
This lets you keep multiple payment sources while bringing all donor and transaction data together in one Fundraising CRM.
Can I use a different payment provider and still use Tap-to-Give?
Yes. You can keep your existing payment provider for memberships and donations and still use Qomon Tap-to-Give for field fundraising.
Tap-to-Give payments are processed through Qomon’s Stripe-powered payment setup, while transactions from your other provider can still be imported into the Fundraising CRM. This lets you add Tap-to-Give as a new fundraising channel without replacing your existing payment system.
To use Tap-to-Give, you’ll need a Qomon-connected Stripe account that meets the compliance requirements for secure mobile payments at scale.
